The Jet filter is used as intermediate filter for depositing dust. It
is applied for clean gas or raw gas.
The plant is free configurable
since it is modularly constructed.
The interval-dedusting of the filter elements is done fully-automatic. Thus a NESTRO-Jet-Filter Plant may be used 24h a day. The filter unit consists of filter plate, filter hoses an pre-depositing chamber. The choice of the filter material depends on the material to be conveyed as well as from the guiding of extracted and exhausted air. The coverage protecting against weather also serves as supporting element of the hose suspension. It enables the directed guidance of extracted or exhausted air and the negative pressure operation of the plant. All needed openings like revision doors, negative pressure shutters and air vents are integrated. |
