Briquetting systems are used for the destruction of paper money and
shares as well as for the disposal after the separation of paper and
dust.
Paper dust briquettes have no value for the recycling of paper, but are generally disposed.
Advantages of briquetting
- reduction of storage volume at a fraction of the normal capacity
- minimization of transport and storage costs
- briquetting reduces dust-imissions and prevents dust explosions
- briquettes from biomass and wood clippings result in valuable heating material
NESTRO-briquettes in always constant quality
- wood
- clay
- paper
- aluminium-granulate
- PVC
- PU-foam
- styrofoam
Types NBV
NBV 40, NBV 55, NBV 75, NBV 150
layout of the NESTRO-briquetting devices of the series NBV
- noiseless, nevertheless high-performance hydraulic-aggregate
- concise and maintenance friendly alignment of valves
- oil-temperature-supervision with display
- serial assembly of the relevant parts
- oil level control with automatic shutdown at poil deficiency
- oil filter - pollution display
- valve connector with control display and protective element
