Jena (OTZ). Yesterday, the Jena Labour Office bestowed the Certificate "Partner for Further Qualification 2009" on Nestro Lufttechnik GmbH for their entrepreneurial commitment in the field of qualifying employees. The company with offices in Hainchen employed only skilled workers and attached high importance to the training and further qualification of employees, the Labour Office emphasised.

"I can only advise every company to invest in further qualification. The requirements on jobs were changing constantly. To remain on a high level, it is necessary to qualify employees", Dr. Ulrich Gawellek, head of the Jena Labour Office, said.
The certificate was handed to the awardee during a special ceremony in the Jena Labour Office yesterday which was attended by over a hundred employers from the region who wanted to inform themselves of the new functions of the Job Exchange. For example, the complete applicant management can be coordinated through the Job Exchange.
